====== JGAurora E7, A8, A8S, A9 3D Printer ======

These are the JGAurora "premium-class", large format, high precision printers. These printers are not budget printers manufactured with cost cutting in mind (like the A5 and A3S), but are expensive printers, using high-quality components, that appear designed to deliver premium results. 

**Unfortunately, there are no reviews available, so we don't know how these printers ACTUALLY perform. This article is just based on my opinion from reading their Chinese-langage website, and from looking at their pictures.** 

These printers get me excited - here JGAurora is targeting educational users (**JGAurora E7**), premium professional users (**JGAurora A7**), commercial users (**JGAurora A8** & **JGAurora A8s**) and industrial users (**JGAurora A9**). JGAurora is claiming to offer huge print volumes, with good FDM printing quality, at costs that should be significantly lower to own and run, than the Makerbot Z18 or the high-end offerings from Stratasys, HP, and 3D Systems. 

Some are occasionally available for sale from various global sellers ([[A7#where-to-buy-jgaurora-a7|A7]], [[https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CKV7D2E/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01CKV7D2E&linkCode=as2&tag=samuelpinches-20&linkId=e6ff2960661d9ec2a48f94c3e939de69|A8]]), while most are currently only be available in china (E7, A8S, A9). All of these printers use high quality ball screws and excellent quality HIWIN (Taiwanese) linear rails. Some have touchscreens capacitive (E7, A7, A9), while the A8 uses the standard LCD and rotary wheel arrangement, and the A8S uses the MKS LCD touchscreen module. The A8 and A8S are both [[jgaurora-gpl|Marlin-firmware]] based printers, but we have no information on the other models.

Many of these printers have dual extruder motors due to the long filament paths, and it is good to see that they all appear to use drag chains for better cable management. This was a major deficiency of the Z-603S printer, which is otherwise quite a good printer.

Most of them have JGAurora's "black diamond" bed coating, which after having used it for a while on the A5 I think is a pretty good surface. The A7 and E7 (apparently...) have magnetic removable beds and magnetic removable extruder heads. The A7, A9 and E7 all have full-automatic bed levelling, which appears to be inductive using the steel bed plate below the glass surface.
